What does a book makeover look like? First and most obvious the book gets a new cover. And I am so excited about these gorgeous new covers! They are a collaboration of two incredible talents--Kelci Alane Photography and Angela Designs. Take a look. I’d love to hear what you think about them.

But as we’ve always heard, you can’t judge a book by its cover. So, just because it looks different on the outside, is it different on the inside? Yes. And no. There has been such an amazing response to these books that I didn’t want to change anything about the characters or their stories. Even scenes I tinkered with deleting or adding I didn’t. I wanted to maintain the original stories. However, I did a few little updates to the text such as replacing flip phones with smart phones, but I promise they were minimal, and necessary.

The main difference you’ll find inside the books is the added bonus material. Now each book contains a Bible-based discussion guide in the end pages to facilitate and stimulate youth group, book clubs, classes and individual reflection. Each book also contains a sneak peek at the first chapter of another one of the books in the False Reflections series.
