JUST RELEASED!Jesus loves you. He wants you to bring Him your worries, fears, and doubts. Even when they seem to take over. Even when they won’t go away. Yes, even when you struggle with mental health.
“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full,” Jesus informs us (John 10:10). Yet sometimes our mental health struggles can hinder us from living this full life. Jesus wants better for us. More. Jesus is a healer. In Scripture we find Jesus healing all the sick (Matthew 8:16), all who were ill (Matthew 4:24), and all who touched his cloak (Mark 6:56). These recounts of Jesus’ healings do not separate physical from mental illness but include healing to anyone and everyone with any kind of ailment. Today, Jesus still restores broken bodies, hearts, and minds. He loves you. Learn how to bridge the space between our struggles and the abundance Jesus offers. Jesus cares so much about your mental health. Shouldn't you, too? |

I’ve been searching my whole life for beauty. Not in the world—there’s plenty of that — in the crimson of a cardinal’s feather, in the sound of waves crashing along a shore, in the melody of a Beatles’ ballad, or in a Chagall stained glass window. The world is filled with beauty, but me, well that was another story. It took me years to discover my true beauty, to fully grasp I am made in the image of my Creator, and therefore, I am beautiful. The incredible thing is…so are you. You were marvelously made by God to inspire awe. No matter what the world tries to tell you, no matter what you try to tell yourself. No one can rob you of the incredible true identity God instilled in you. I tell stories (through books, blogs, and speaking) in hopes of helping you discover what took me so long to see: your beautiful true reflection in Christ.
